All About Protein

Protein provides our body with the building blocks we need for enzymes, hormones, muscles, bone and membranes.

And so it is important to build every meal, every day around protein .  

Prioritise protein, from meat, chicken, fish and eggs –feel free to choose fattier cuts of meat, if you like.
